I'm Shan Rizvi, a context architect and product leader building human-centric AI systems. My work pairs semantic memory infrastructure, empathic model interfaces, and rigorous product delivery so intelligence stays accountable to people.

Today I lead technical architecture for empathetic AI companions at Elys Live—designing adaptive psychological profiling layers around Hume's Empathic Voice Interface—and maintain the open-source MCP Neo4j server that gives language models persistent, relationship-aware memory.

Previously I founded Just Ads, an AI marketing automation platform used by global fashion brands, and Pencil News, the first NLP-driven Urdu news app. Each venture has trained me to fuse research, product, and operational leadership across interdisciplinary teams.

My writing—most visibly the Warning: Good News open-letter series—documents how mystical traditions, neuroscience, and AI governance inform the systems I build. It's a published lab notebook for the civic impact I want these tools to enable.
